Twin Gable House

Front Elevation

Architectural Vision
The Twin Gable House represents a sophisticated fusion of traditional form and contemporary execution. Defined by its dual peaked rooflines—a direct nod to the classic gable archetype—this residence creates a striking silhouette against the natural landscape.
The exterior palette is a study in contrast and texture. Light vertical wood siding softens the bold architectural lines, while black metal standing-seam roofing and black-framed windows provide a modern industrial edge. Natural stone paving grounds the structure, creating a seamless transition from driveway to entrance.
Inside, the design prioritizes volume and light. The kitchen features a monolithic stone waterfall island that serves as the heart of the home, complemented by custom light wood cabinetry and minimalist black fixtures. Large expanses of glass dissolve the boundary between the interior living spaces and the surrounding nature, flooding the home with natural light.
